Jason is an enthusiastic health, fitness, executive lifestyle coach and motivational speaker whose passion is to help others achieve their personal best and live a happier and healthier life.

As the founder and director of Movelife, Jason is an inspiring leader who has over 20 years’ experience working in corporate and organisational health and wellness.

Through his motivational style of leadership, Jason engages executives and employees from a number of leading companies to adopt an extraordinary mindset and build resilience to achieve a better work-life balance and ultimately improve their performance. 

One of these companies is AMP, where Jason delivers their corporate health program. He has been instrumental in driving and coordinating employee engagement in their onsite health clubs, extensive sporting programs and health and wellbeing offerings.

On a personal level, he is a proud dad of three active boys and his sporting achievements include playing AFL Football in Melbourne at the highest level; top echelon finisher of 9 Ironman’s, world championship triathlete for Australia over the 70.3 and Olympic distance events.

Jason is very excited about this opportunity to share his knowledge and experience on how to achieve optimal health and empower you with the tools to Make your Move!

Marian is a dedicated educator with a rich and diverse experience across the Performing Arts, Dance, Education, Yoga and Fitness Fields.

Her particular field of interest is in combining her experience of yoga, Barre and meditation with broader healing modalities such as Reiki, sound healing and Aryuveda.

Her goal, in whatever she is delivering, is to always ensure that the individual is experiencing the very best of themselves in the most holistic way – loving what they can do from the inside-out!

Her passion is to see everyone she works with empowered to live their best life – in the healthiest and most confident way – and to live freely, authentically and courageously everyday.

Through Movelife and the Move Empowerment Project she has a vision to create a movement of people who will move, dance, create, love and nourish themselves.

Marian balances a very busy home life with three beautiful boys, with her personal practice of yoga and offering a range of classes, workshops and initiatives in her own studio, in schools and in business and community organisations.
